This online learning program is designed for clinicians who care for women with rheumatic heart disease. On completion of this program, participants will be able to

• identify key elements of transition to adulthood and preconception care for young women with rheumatic heart disease.
• identify women at risk of cardiac events during pregnancy.

This program is accredited by the following organisations:

• Australian College of Midwives (ACM) – 1.0 CPD hour
• Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) – 1.0 CPD hour
• National Association of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and Practitioners (NAATSIHWP) – 0.75 CPD hours
