The Journey of Health and Well-being is a 10-minute animated video which promotes an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s experience from European colonisation to the present day. It demonstrates through examples, how events of the past play out in the present and offers a framework of hope and equity.

This short video shows the milkmaid’s grip or milkmaid’s sign, which is a classic presentation of Sydenham chorea. The milkmaid's grip presents as uncontrollable rhythmic squeezing of the examiner’s fingers when trying to grip and hold the fingers.

Michael's Story

This animated video follows the story of a 14 year old Aboriginal boy named Michael and his Aunty Mary. Michael visits the doctor with a sore knee and fever, and the doctor is worried that Michael has acute rheumatic fever.
