The short video resource "Important Health Message: Acute Rheumatic Fever" is designed to provide key prevention messages about how to prevent acute rheumatic fever for communities. The video resource is now available in 6 Indigenous languages: Anindilyakwa, Warlpiri, Burarra, Yolgnu Matha, West Kimberly Kriol and Pijantajtjara. Adminstering Bicillin: Reducing Pain, Stress and Inconvenience Experienced by Patients who Need 3 or 4 weekly IM Bicillin L-A Injections 

This module for clinicians and health workers provides an overview of the different injection sites for Bicillin LA, as well as techniques and strategies that may help minimise the pain, stress and inconvenience for people with a history of acute rheumatic fever or rheumatic heart disease.

To complete the module you will need to register through our e-learning platform. This is a simple registration process and you can start the modules as soon as you have created your account. The e-learning platform records your progress, provides you with certificates of completion and allows you to work through the modules at your own pace. A single log-in will give you access to all RHDAustralia’s education modules and allow you to participate in the discussion forum.
