Launch of “Heart on Your Sleeve” Social Media Campaign
The “Heart on Your Sleeve” (HOYS) campaign, launched at the end of February is now underway with a flurry of activity in the social media world.
The campaign was initiated and funded by community members and the Western Australia RHD Control program, based in Broome, WA helped to coordinate the campaign.
