Acute Rheumatic Fever and Rheumatic Heart Disease Care: (with supporting data: 2008 – 2014)
The purpose of this project is to engage key stakeholders in the use of continuous quality improvement (CQI) data to identify and address system-wide evidence-practice gaps in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander acute rheumatic fever (ARF) and rheumatic health disease (RHD) care.
This project builds on the collective strengths within PHC services in order to continue improving the quality of care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
